We also receive the the Internet protocol (IP) address used by your ISP for your internet connection (or the proxy server you use to access the web), your mobile handset model or computer operating system and type of browser you are using, as well as your country of origin. Registration, usage and connection information is used for the purpose of operating the LiveResponse™ products and services, to analyze overall trends to help us improve the Service and for the other purposes described in this privacy statement.
All content uploaded or broadcasted by you to the LiveResponse™ service is your own private property.
When you first register with LiveResponse™, your chosen organization name, user names, channel names, camera names are invisible by default to other users of LiveResponse™. You can change this so that you are visible to other organizations in order to share video with them. Go to the Settings page to modify your settings. You can review your profile information, including what is visible to others there.
Be careful about what you broadcast. Only share videos with organizations you know, trust and legally have the possibility to share with. Have in mind that peoples´ faces and other identity markers should be kept confidential; therefore have a strategy to only cover relevant as well as appropriate aspects of an accident site. All video material must be handled according to your country’s privacy protection acts.
We offer location features for some services which uses the location of your mobile device. This location information may come from a variety of sources, such as your device (GPS positioning), your mobile operator (cellular network data) or a wireless hotspot provider. The different location features have different accuracies that we do not control. We would therefore ask you to consider a location as an indicator for the location and not as the exact location.
We do not allow public search engines to crawl our site.
We use registration, usage and connection information about you on how you use LiveResponse™ to better understand how our users generally use our products and services and in order to improve them and enhance the user experience.
